Terms & Conditions
By participating in any events planned and controlled by Ferry International, LLC (“Tom Ferry”), you agree to the following:
No Show Policy
Due to extraordinary circumstances and capacity limitations, registrants who fail to attend the conference and do not contact Tom Ferry Staff two weeks prior to the conference start date with a cancellation request, via mail or e-mail will forfeit any price paid for the event ticket.
Media Waiver
You give TOM FERRY authorization to use and post any photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other record of our events, including full names of any participants, before, during or after the event for promotional use, reporting to the media and to publish on our website or social media. You will not be entitled to any compensation for TOM FERRY’s use of your name or image.
Data Sharing Notice
To meet hotel contract requirements, Tom Ferry International, LLC will share limited registration information (e.g., attendee names) with the event Hotel solely to verify event room usage. The Hotel will use this information only for that purpose, will not share its guest list, and will delete the data after the comparison. By registering, you consent to this limited data sharing between Tom Ferry and the Hotel.
Cancelation Policy
This ticket purchase is non-refundable and non-transferable.
